How do you show the general public the beauty and strength of the North Pole region, as well as its fragile character? By working together with the WWF and KRO to send four Dutch celebrities with varying backgrounds on an expedition in which they together endure hardships and freezing temperatures in order to search for the many faces of this unique region.
During an expedition lasting approximately 2 weeks, Hanna Verboom, Daniel Boissevain, Michael Boogerd and Mirella van Markus find out about the far-reaching effects of climate change in the Arctic region, and are inspired by the intense beauty of the North Pole.
KRO will be broadcasting their experiences on seven Saturday evening episodes in April 2008 on Nederland 3. We took care of the realisation, expert guidance and PR for this programme.
